The Carry-Flag, Overflow-Flag, and Zero-Flag are all status flags used in computer processors to indicate certain conditions after an arithmetic operation. The Carry-Flag is set when an arithmetic operation generates a carry out of the most significant bit. The Overflow-Flag is set when an arithmetic operation generates a result that is too large to be represented in the given number of bits. The Zero-Flag is set when the result of an arithmetic operation is zero. These flags are used by the processor to make decisions and perform conditional branching in program execution. **
